We will demonstrate the use of video game inspired animated figures to create imaginative and memorable dialogue-based activities. Learners perform and practice writing and interacting in English using comics, puppets, masks and costumes.

Discussion and demonstration of strategies as well as speaking and writing activities we can use to build rapport and to get to know all our learners, while improving their presentation skills and writing fluency and imagination.

3. ” ‘The TTT Touch’: Employing Subtle Correction Techniques for Adolescent and Adult Learners”

The balance between fluency and accuracy is crucial to the effectiveness of our encounters and relationships with learners regardless of their level of mastery. Tender, thoughtful and tactful techniques to keep learners’ motivation high when writing and speaking will be discussed and demonstrated.

4. “Developing Our Creative Thinking Abilities”

Creativity is a skill and, as all skills, it can be developed, provided we are willing to use innovative thinking, inspiring techniques and the right mindset. We will work individually and in groups and we will share and enjoy the ‘gifts’ of our creative efforts.
